Deposit and Payment Schedule
Payments can be made by cash, cheque, money order, Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit: $300 per person at time of booking to secure reservation.
Balance of payment: Final payment on all bookings is required no later than 45 days prior to departure date.

Charges for Cancellation
From time of initial deposit to 31 days prior to departure – forfeiture of $300 per person. From 30 days to 22 days prior to departure – forfeiture of $500 per person. From 21 days to date of departure – forfeiture of total holiday price.

Revisions to Accommodation and Departure Dates
Subject to $25CAD/$25USD administrative fee plus any cancellation charges which may be incurred.

Charges for Bookings within 30 days of departure
Bookings within 30 days are subject to a fee of $25CAD/$25USD per person to cover additional administration costs.

Contractual Arrangements
Please read and understand all the following information. Golfcan is an operating division of Skican Limited. By booking a Golfcan holiday you will be entering into agreements with Skican Ltd. and with others who provide your holiday services.

In contracting with holiday participants, Skican undertakes to arrange the services referred to in this brochure whenever possible, but in the event Skican should find it necessary to do so, will arrange alternative services of comparable quality. With respect to the services provided, Skican acts only as agent for carriers, hotels, golf courses and other suppliers and to that extent this contract takes effect as between the participant and the suppliers of those services on the terms offered by those suppliers, particulars of which Skican undertakes to provide for the participant on request.

Skican accepts no responsibility for the consequences of any event beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, government action and weather. In the event Skican finds it necessary to cancel a holiday, Skican’s liability will be limited to the refund of all monies paid by the participant. Skican accepts no responsibility for mechanical difficulties, delays, or missed flight connections due to such difficulties or delays, arising form the transportation services provided including motorcoaches, flighttime changes or day of departure changes by Skican or the airline involved, nor for flights missed because of connecting flights due to weather, mechanical difficulties or other causes.

Any claim against Skican must be made by the holiday participant in writing to Skican Ltd., 745 Mount Pleasant Rd., 3rd Floor, Toronto, Ontario, M4S 2N4 within fourteen days of the scheduled return of the holiday.

Skican is licensed under the Ontario Travel Industry Act, Registration No. 1068997 and Quebec Government Permit No. 16156432-701.

Important to Note

• Unused tour features are non-refundable.
• Fees for incidentals such as parking, club storage and soft spikes are not included.
• Golf course maintenance may be encountered during your holiday.
• Depending on the season, some resort amenities may not be operational.
• All accommodation is based on standard hotel room unless otherwise specified.

Extra costs not included: Please note that you will be responsible for gas and optional insurance and/or Limited Damage Waivers (LDW), extra kilometres where applicable, parking costs and provincial park entry fees.
